We are accredited by various Regulatory Agencies in Nigeria's Oil and Gas industry, including national HESS enforcement bodies, to operate as a certified Project Monitoring, Health, Environment, Safety and Security Advisory and Consulting Firm.
Beyond advisory work, we are actively involved in Vessel and Tank Cleaning, Waste Management and Transportation, Industrial Inspection, and Material and Chemical Supplies.
Our company is staffed by experienced professionals with decades of relevant experience in project monitoring, standards conformity, and HESS management across the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream segments of the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Antai brings extensive experience from the Nigerian Oil and Gas regulatory sector, having served in various capacities within the defunct Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) and the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), where he retired at the rank of Deputy Director.
Prior to retirement, he served as the Zonal Operations Controller at the Warri Zonal Office, overseeing industry-wide compliance with statutory regulations and operational guidelines. He brings exceptional leadership, mentoring, and strategic management skills to the firm.
Obong Utuk Bassey Nkanga

A foremost Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) expert, Mr. Nkanga brings decades of experience regulating operations across the defunct DPR and the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), from which he retired as Director of Health and Safety. He holds recognised authority in Municipal and Industrial Waste Management and is renowned for his team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Mr. Essien Bassey Nkanga

A certified Project Planning and Management professional, Mr. Essien Nkanga has deep practical knowledge in Construction and Engineering, Architectural and Quantity Surveying, Strategic Project Management, Cost Control, and Project Appraisal. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and has overseen a broad portfolio of projects spanning residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key projects include: Cogepet Energy LPG Terminal, Anchor Insurance Rehabilitation (Uyo), DPR Field Office Complexes (Enugu & Eket), and commercial construction in Ibesikpo Asutan LGA.
Ibrahim Isah
Project Monitoring Specialist

With over 35 years of experience across the oil and gas industry value chain — Downstream, Refinery, Jetties, Depots, and Crude Oil Terminal operations — Mr. Isah retired as Acting Assistant Director, Retail Outlet and Monitoring from the DPR/NUPRC. He served as a project representative on the East Area Project (EAP) EPC-2 for ExxonMobil in Paris, France, covering fabrication, offshore pipeline installation, and pre-commissioning activities.

A Chartered Environmental Specialist with over 20 years of field experience, Mr. John specialises in research, waste management, environmental remediation/rehabilitation, bio-processes, water, and sanitation. He is a trained and certified ISO-EMS Auditor and holds membership in several professional bodies including the Royal Society of Chemistry, Nigeria Environmental Society, and the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).

Soladoye brings cross-sector HSE and project management experience. He previously served as Project Manager at COMENERGY Limited and HSE Manager at ACCAT Limited, and currently serves as a Project Management Consultant with A1 Power Limited and Head of HSE Operations at Builders Link Limited.
